Before your stay: A vehicle is essential. There is no direct beach access. The pool is unfenced; children need supervision. The owners and caretaker live on the estate in a separate house; the villa and pool are private.

It is a beautiful place, perfect for enjoying time with family or friends, and the location is excellent, with easy access to Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, and other beautiful areas of Guanacaste.
